About PCS Copilot
I built PCS Copilot because I got tired of watching good people leave money on the table every time they moved.
Like a lot of military families, mine has PCS'd more times than we'd like to count. Every move taught the same lesson: the system will pay you what you are owed, but only if you know exactly what to ask for, and by when. Miss a window, skip a form, or take the wrong person's word for it, and it costs you real money and real time.
So I built the tool I wish I'd had. You answer a few questions about your move and PCS Copilot turns it into a personalized plan: the entitlements you can actually claim in real dollars, a timeline counted down from your report date, and a checklist so nothing slips. It is built for the whole household, the spouse running the logistics and the member buried in paperwork.
I have spent my career leading teams in places where the details matter and getting them wrong is not an option. That is the same standard I hold this tool to.
I am not a finance office and I am not the government. PCS Copilot gives you estimates and a plan so you walk into finance knowing what to ask for. Always confirm the final numbers with your finance office and the Joint Travel Regulations. You can read exactly how the figures are produced on the methodology page.
This is a personal project, built solo, on my own time.
