Corrections and accuracy policy
This site is about money and moves, so wrong numbers are not an option. Here is how we keep it accurate and how to flag anything that looks off.
How the figures are kept current. All PCS rates (DLA, MALT, per diem, TLE and TLA caps, PPM) live in one place and are reviewed on a schedule against the official sources listed on the methodology page. The rate tables were last reviewed January 2026. When rates change, usually once a year, the calculators, guides, and playbook are updated together so they never disagree.
Everything is an estimate. The figures here are a starting point, not an official entitlement determination. Your servicing finance office and the Joint Travel Regulations are the final authority for your specific move.
Found something wrong? Email roger@pcscopilot.com with the page, the figure you saw, and what you believe it should be (a link to the JTR or DTMO helps). We check every report against the source. If it is wrong, we fix it and, for anything material, note what changed.
If a figure cost you. If a mistake on this site affected a purchase, email the same address. The playbook carries a 24-hour refund, and we would rather make it right than argue about it.
