1.Overview

PCS Copilot (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website pcscopilot.comand provides personalized PCS (Permanent Change of Station) playbooks for U.S. military service members. By purchasing or using our product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2.Product Description

PCS Copilot generates a personalized digital playbook based on the information you provide (rank, branch, dependents, origin, destination, and other move details). The playbook includes estimated entitlements, a suggested timeline, and a checklist tailored to your situation.

Your playbook is a digital informational product delivered instantly via a unique URL and email. You are purchasing a license to access this content — not a physical product. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving a digital good delivered immediately upon payment.

3.Not Official Military Advice

Important Disclaimer

PCS Copilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO), or any other government agency.

The information in your playbook is based on publicly available sources including the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Defense Table of Official Distances (DTOD), GSA per diem rates, and real PCS experience. It is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or official military advice.

Always verify your specific entitlements, deadlines, and requirements with your Finance office, MPF/personnel office, and Transportation Management Office (TMO). They have the final word on your individual situation. Regulations change, local policies vary, and your specific orders may authorize entitlements differently than general guidance suggests.

4.Pricing & Payment

The current price for a PCS Copilot playbook is $15.99 (one-time payment). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you pay.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card information. Your payment is subject to Stripe's terms of service.

5.Refund Policy

24-Hour Full Refund — No Questions Asked

  • If you are unsatisfied with your playbook for any reason, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase.
  • To request a refund, email help@pcscopilot.com with the email address you used at checkout.
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. You will receive your refund within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
  • After 24 hours, refunds are granted at our sole discretion. We're reasonable — if something went genuinely wrong, reach out and we'll make it right.

6.Accuracy & Limitations

We make every effort to ensure the information in your playbook is accurate and up to date. However:

  • Entitlement rates (DLA, MALT, per diem, TLE, etc.) are based on the most recently published JTR and government rate tables at the time of generation. These rates may change without notice.
  • Dollar amounts are estimates based on your inputs and publicly available data. Actual entitlements may differ based on your specific orders, local policies, and Finance office determinations.
  • Timelines and checklists are suggested guides, not mandatory schedules. Your actual out-processing and PCS timeline may vary.

7.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCS Copilot and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Reliance on the information provided in your playbook
  • Errors or omissions in entitlement calculations, timelines, or checklists
  • Any financial loss resulting from missed entitlements, incorrect filing, or misunderstanding of your specific PCS situation
  • Service interruptions, technical issues, or delayed playbook delivery

Our total liability for any claim related to the product shall not exceed the amount you paid for your playbook ($15.99).

8.Intellectual Property

The playbook content, website design, blog articles, and all associated materials are the property of PCS Copilot. You may use your playbook for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish playbook content without our written permission.

9.Privacy & Data

We collect only the information needed to generate and deliver your playbook: your email address, move details (rank, branch, dependents, origin, destination, etc.), and anonymous usage analytics. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

10.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of PCS Copilot shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.

11.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of PCS Copilot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
