Free for every service member. Here is how it stays that way.

Nothing on this page unlocks anything. The whole tool is free whether you chip in or not, and it is going to stay free.

Why this exists

PCS entitlements are worth thousands of dollars and almost nobody gets told what they are owed. The JTR is 800 pages, finance offices give different answers on different days, and the people who lose the most are the ones moving for the first time on the smallest paycheck. Families routinely leave $1,000 to $5,000 unclaimed by missing a window or a form nobody mentioned.

PCS Copilot takes your actual orders, works out every entitlement in real dollars, and hands you a timeline and checklist keyed to your report date. It was built by someone who has done this move more than once and got it wrong the first time.

It was a paid product for a while. It is free now because charging the people who need it most, at the exact moment a move is draining their savings, was backwards.

What supporting actually does

Free is not the same as costless. Every playbook is written by an AI model and then checked against the JTR rate tables by a second one before it reaches you, because a wrong dollar figure is worse than no figure at all. That runs a real bill per playbook, plus the domain, hosting, and email.

Support goes to keeping this running and free for the next person with orders. That is the whole thing. If you chip in, you are not buying anything for yourself, you are covering the cost of somebody else's playbook, most likely a junior enlisted family staring down their first move.

Chip in whatever it was worth

Any amount, one time, no account. Handled by Stripe, so your card details never touch this site.

Thank you

Genuinely. Every person who chips in is paying for somebody they will never meet to walk into finance knowing exactly what they are owed. That is not a small thing, and it is the only reason this can stay free instead of going back behind a paywall.

Please do not chip in if money is tight

If you are reading this mid-move, you almost certainly need the money more than this does. Use the tool, claim every dollar you are owed, and do one of these instead. They help more anyway.

  • Send it to someone with orders. Word of mouth is the only reason anybody finds this.
  • Tell me when a number looks wrong. Email roger@pcscopilot.com or use the corrections page. An accuracy report is worth more than a tip.
  • Tell me what was missing for your move, especially OCONUS and PPM edge cases.
